Our tips for using truffles well: To keep the flavours intact, it is best to eat raw truffles in combination with ingredients with a neutral taste. Raw meat, egg, pasta, risotto and butter are the best combinations. Also scallops and sole go very well with truffles. Be careful with spices and herbs, except for thyme, which is the only one that enhances the taste. The white truffle should never be cooked as it does not tolerate high temperatures.

Ingredients: organic mushroom (Agaricus Bisporus) 50%, organic peanut oil, organic green and black olives, black summer truffle min. 5% (tuber aestivum vitt.), aroma, salt, pepper, garlic.
