Viadeicontrabbandieri is a project conceived and shared by two small organic farms from Molise, Soc.Agr. Monterovere and Az. Agr. Coscia Porrazzi. The first produces extra virgin olive oil and the other ancient grains. Cereals, "ancient" grains (Senatore Cappelli and Saragolla) and spelt are transformed into excellent products thanks to the collaboration of artisan bakers present in the area. In addition to being a brand, Viadeicontrabbandieri is also an association active in the protection and promotion of the territory and peasant culture.
