BIO natural pulses soup
This natural pulse "soup" is prepared according to an ancient and traditional recipe specific to the feast of "St. Joseph" in the village of Casacalenda in the Molise region. According to tradition, this soup is simply boiled and eaten with friends and family on the day of the feast, which falls on 19 March each year.
Ready-to-use soup. Put the contents of the pot in a saucepan, add a sprig of rosemary and a little water if necessary and heat for about 5-10 minutes. Serve and add a dash of olive oil to spice up the dish.
