Characteristic: golden yellow in colour, with an elegant fragrance, with notes of cut grass, rocket, green tomato and walnut pods. It is enriched by fruity notes of green apple. The structure is elegant with a pronounced and delicate bitterness that develops towards the end into a spicier taste.
Use: ideal in combination with legume soups, steamed or grilled fish. But also simply on a salad.
