Dried courgette in olive oil BIO
The local courgettes are processed by hand: sliced, dried, macerated in white wine vinegar, seasoned with herbs, jarred and preserved in quality extra virgin olive oil. No preservatives added.
Suggestions for use: As an aperitif to accompany an Italian platter of soft cheeses or mature caciocavallo, sausages and cold cuts. Also as a topping for sandwiches or to accompany meat dishes.
