Our little tips: We recommend that you season the spaghetti with classic sauces:
- "carbonara": well baveause!
- aglio olio e peperoncino": garlic, olive oil and paprika
- al pomodoro": sauce with fresh or peeled tomatoes
- al pesto" with basil or rocket

Nicolino Occhionero's family-run farm is located 30 km from the Adriatic Sea, between the hills and the plains. From the love for nature and the respect for man and nature, the farm has managed to preserve the ancient traditions handed down from generation to generation, adapting all the ancient knowledge to obtain the best products. The Occhionero farm grows wheat, barley, sunflowers and olives. The farm also sows chickpeas, lentils, borlotti beans and cannellini beans. These legumes, produced in limited quantities, are carefully selected and packed by hand. At the moment all its products are organic but do not carry the label.
