Gnocchetti" are the most widespread pasta format in Sardinia and one of the oldest (called "malloreddus"). They look like small striped shells about two centimetres long that can be seasoned with all kinds of sauces: from tomato sauce to white sauce, there are no limits to the imagination.

Producer: Nicolino Occhionero

Nicolino Occhionero's family-run farm is located 30 km from the Adriatic Sea, between the hills and the plains. From the love for nature and the respect for man and nature, the farm has managed to preserve the ancient traditions handed down from generation to generation, adapting all the ancient knowledge to obtain the best products. The Occhionero farm grows wheat, barley, sunflowers and olives. The farm also sows chickpeas, lentils, borlotti beans and cannellini beans. These legumes, produced in limited quantities, are carefully selected and packed by hand. At the moment all its products are organic but do not carry the label.
