Ingredients: Organic durum wheat semolina. May contain soya.

Producer: Martino. The Martino family has been producing couscous in their large laboratory in Termoli (Molise) since 1994, after the conversion of the pasta company founded in 1904. The quality and the Italian origin of the raw materials are very important for the company.
