Our little advice: We recommend to season the rigatoni with strong and tasty red sauces:
- "alla norma": tomato and aubergine sauce
- alla boscaiola": mushrooms and fresh sausages
- amatriciana": tomato sauce and bacon
- baked": tomato sauce and minced meat, mozzarella.

Producer: Michele Testa - The "Pastificio" Testa located in the province of Campobasso cultivates the ancient durum wheat "Saragolla" according to the organic method and produces pasta of excellent quality. After the harvest, the wheat is stone-ground and transformed into pasta by the expert hands of Michele Testa, who has become the master pasta maker in the region.
