Our little advice: We recommend to season the "penne lisce" with simple and light sauces:
- "al pomodoro": sauce with fresh tomatoes or peeled tomatoes
- al tonno": with tuna or red sauce with fish

Producer: Michele Testa - The "Pastificio" Testa located in the province of Campobasso grows the ancient durum wheat "Saragolla" according to the organic method and produces pasta of excellent quality. After the harvest, the wheat is stone-ground and transformed into pasta by the expert hands of Michele Testa, who has become the master pasta maker in the region.
