Trignolino del Molise is a sloe-based liqueur produced by Officine Naturali, a very modern company located in Bagnoli del Trigno. The company deals with the cultivation of medicinal plants and their transformation. The sloe is an ancient fruit very common in Molise and known for its astringent properties. The name Trignolino recalls the dialect name of the fruit: "trigno". The tirgnolino has a delicate taste and it leaves a light bitter note on the palate.

Bagnolino del Molise is a blackthorn liqueur produced by Officine Naturali, a very modern company located in Bagnoli del Trigno. Officine Naturali offers its line of liqueurs made from berries and medicinal plants without the addition of colouring agents and additives. Blackthorn, an ancient fruit widespread in Molise and known for its astringent properties, is the key element of this liqueur. Hints of orange, cinnamon and cloves are added to it, giving Bagnolino a much sweeter aromatic taste than Trignolino.
