Sorrento variety walnuts are the most prized and most widespread. Originally from the Sorrento peninsula, this variety has spread somewhat throughout Campania. The Sorrento walnut is characterized by its smooth, thin shells and its very pleasant-tasting, slightly oily, creamy-white fruit. One of its main characteristics is that, unlike other cultivars, the kernel can easily be extracted whole, which makes it particularly appreciated by consumers. The name pays homage to the ancient Kalena tower (meaning Casacalenda) that towers above the vineyards on the top of the hill. Like all the estate's wines, Torre-Kalena is the result of a blend of Montepulciano, Aglianico and Tintilia. In this case, the predominant grape variety is Montepulciano.

Trignolino del Molise is a sloe-based liqueur produced by Officine Naturali, a very modern company located in Bagnoli del Trigno. The company deals with the cultivation of medicinal plants and their transformation. Officine Naturali offers its line of liqueurs based on berries and medicinal plants without the addition of dyes and additives. The sloe is an ancient fruit very common in Molise and known for its astringent properties. The name Trignolino recalls the dialect name of the fruit: "trigno". The tirgnolino has a delicate taste and it leaves a light bitter note on the palate.

Bagnolino del Molise is a blackthorn liqueur produced by Officine Naturali, a very modern company located in Bagnoli del Trigno. The company deals with the cultivation of medicinal plants and their processing. Officine Naturali offers its line of liqueurs made from berries and medicinal plants without the addition of colouring agents and additives. Blackthorn, an ancient fruit widespread in Molise and known for its astringent properties, is the key element of this liqueur. Hints of orange, cinnamon and cloves are added to it, giving Bagnolino a much sweeter aromatic taste than Trignolino.

monocultivar obtained from Peranzana olives, one of the most representative cultivars of the entire Italian territory. Originally from the upper Daunia, the first plants date back to 1200 by the Angevins, then reigning over the territory. The resulting oil is a very delicate medium fruity, with herbaceous and fresh almond notes and bitter and spicy balanced.

Tintilia is one of Molise's few indigenous grape varieties, rustic, very cold-resistant, not very vigorous and characterised by rather low productivity. This Tintilia has an intense ruby red colour with garnet hues. The nose has intense aromas of plum, blackberry, and spicy notes. In the mouth it is warm and enveloping.

Sandra and Dario Trucco's honey di sulla is produced in the Petrella Tifernina area. It is a pale yellow, straw-coloured, almost transparent honey. It crystallises quickly and has a whitish colour tending to beige. It has a very delicate flavour, a sweet taste (with no bitter aftertaste) and a pleasant aroma of wild herbs. Honey is useful in treating flu-like conditions, helps to soothe coughs and has antibacterial functions. In addition, it is a valuable source of energy, useful for athletes, children, pregnant women, convalescent persons and the elderly.
